Mentor
Jeyameena Dhanabalan BCBA is a Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a special educator. she has 7 years experience in ABA and 10 years experience in special education. Jeyameena was mentored by Dr. Siriming BCBA -D. Dr.Siriming continues to serve as advisor. Jeyameena is a director of Jey Special Needs centre provides assessment and ABA based intervention to children with special needs. She works as a consultant in school, Support school in handling the behavior issue of the child and training the shadow to facilitate the children to mainstream.
She is an internationally certified Behaviour Analyst with over 6 years of experience in working with children. Her unquenching thirst for learning and sharing knowledge has helped her earn the prestigious Qualified Behaviour Analyst Certificate in the year 2023. She completed MPhil Rehabilitation Psychology from Osmania University (NIEPID) in 2018, Masters in Applied Psychology from Bharathiar University and, Bachelor in Psychology from Mahatma Gandhi Univeristy. In addition, she is trained in PECS (level 1), Brain Gym Exercise, Emotional Intelligence, Sand Play Therapy and Special Education (LD). Her expertise lies in helping children, adolescents and their parents with assessments, therapy, counselling, managing learning difficulties and addressing their mental health concerns. She believes a child can grow marvellously in an environment of unconditional acceptance and uses it across her therapy.
